Here’s how we embrace development at The Found:

• Growing in Your Gifts: We believe that God has uniquely equipped each of us with talents that extend far beyond the church. Whether you’re called to teach, lead worship, organize events, or influence others in your workplace, our aim is to help you grow these gifts. 1 Corinthians 12:4 (CSB) tells us, "Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit." We’re here to support you in using your talents to serve others and make an impact, both in our community and in your everyday life. Your gifts are meant to shine brightly wherever God has placed you.
   

• Overseership: Leadership roles like elder or deacon involve guiding and caring for our community. This includes overseeing and providing pastoral care, managing and growing ministries and portfolios, being on the board of trustees. 1 Timothy 3:1 reminds us, "If anyone aspires to be an overseer, he desires a noble work."  We’ll walk alongside you, helping you develop the skills and heart needed for effective leadership.
   

• Five-Fold Ministries: For those called to roles such as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, we offer training to help you excel. Ephesians 4:11-12 "And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry." These roles are crucial for equipping others and building up the church. We support you in applying your calling across all areas of life, using your leadership to spread Christ’s message and support your community. Embracing these roles means leading with humility and grace, deeply caring for others, and guiding them in their faith journeys.
